Travel RN - Med Surg

Nights (6:45 PM - 7:15 AM), every other weekend required.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Travel Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Medical-Surgical care. This position is essential for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. The RN will be responsible for managing a patient load of 6 to 1, ensuring optimal care and support for each patient.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care and support for individuals undergoing medical treatment.
• Monitor patient vitals and report any significant changes to the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and assist with treatment plans as required.
• Document patient care accurately and timely in the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Active Compact or AL RN License.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum of 1 year of Med Surg nursing experience.
• Cerner EMR experience preferred.

Assignment Duration:

This is a 13-week contract position.
