More About Our Team Our Emergency Department is a rural, 20-bed unit focused on delivering patient-centered care in a supportive and friendly environment. How You'll Contribute A Registered Nurse, RN who excels in this role: Performs accurate and thorough patient assessments and identifies patient needs Initiates appropriate nursing interventions based on assessment findings Provides age- and condition-appropriate nursing care Completes timely and accurate documentation supporting medical necessity in the medical record Develops, implements, and revises interdisciplinary care plans for each patient What We're Looking For Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess a bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include: Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire. ACLS and PALS are required within six months of hire.
