This role drives operational excellence through proactive monitoring, incident response, platform maintenance, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives. The position partners closely with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Platform Engineering, DevOps, Operations, and Incident Management teams to enhance platform stability, mature CI/CD practices, and support strategic technology initiatives. The ideal candidatebringsstrongcloudtechnologyexperienceandaprovenabilitytosupportproductionenvironmentswhiledeliveringactionableinsightsthroughobservabilitycapabilities.Responsibilities:DeliverySupportPartnerwithProductOwnersandengineeringteamstoprovideoperationalandreleasesupportfortechnologyinitiatives.Ensureplatformchangesmeetoperationalreadinessrequirements,includingrollbackprocedures,runbookdocumentation,integrationstandards,andsupporthandoffs.Maintainproductionstabilitythroughoutplatformupgrades,enhancements,andenterpriseinitiatives.Supportplatformownershiptransitionsandoperationalreadinessactivitiesacrossglobaldeliveryteams.ProductionSupport&IncidentResponseTroubleshootapplicationandplatformissuestorestoreservicesandminimizebusinessimpact.Serveasanescalationpointforcomplexproductionincidentsandoperationalchallenges.Participateinincidenttriage,rootcauseanalysis,correctiveactionplanning,andresolutionactivities.Collaboratewithengineeringteamstoimplementlong-termsolutionsthatreducerecurringincidents.Supportmission-criticalenvironmentsthroughtimelyincidentresponseandservicerestoration.PlatformStability&ProactiveOperationsConducthealthchecks,configurationreviews,andperformanceassessmentstoidentifyoperationalrisks.Supportreliabilityinitiativesfocusedonimprovingrecoverytimes,reducingincidentrecurrence,andminimizingchange-relateddefects.Validatevendorreleases,hotfixes,andconfigurationchangespriortoproductiondeployment.Partnerwithobservabilityandanalyticsteamstoenhancemonitoring,alerting,andissuedetectioncapabilities.ReleaseExecution&CI/CDMaturationExecuteplatformchangesthroughestablishedSDLC,changemanagement,andreleasemanagementprocesses.CollaboratewithPlatformEngineering,DevOps,QualityEngineering,andScrumteamstoimprovereleaseanddeploymentpractices.Supporttheadoptionofsourcecontrol,environmentseparation,releaseautomation,andCI/CDcapabilities.Ensuresolutionsaretestable,deployable,andoperationallysupportedbeforeandafterproductionimplementation.Documentation&OperationalExcellenceMaintainrunbooks,supportdocumentation,configurationrecords,incidentplaybooks,andreleaseprocedures.Documentincidentfindings,lessonslearned,andprocessimprovementopportunities.Contributetothedevelopmentofstandardized,repeatable,andscalableoperationalpractices.Whatarewelookingfor?Weseekprofessionalswhopursuegreatness,actwithintegrity,aredriventohelpourclientssucceed,wintogether,andcreateandsharejoy.Theidealcandidatebringsstrongtechnicalexpertiseinobservabilityplatforms,sitereliabilityengineering,productionsupport,releasemanagement,andoperationalexcellencewhiledemonstratingacommitmenttoplatformreliability,cross-functionalcollaboration,andcontinuousimprovement.Requirements:Bachelor’sdegreeinComputerScience,InformationTechnology,Engineering,orarelatedfield.6+yearsofexperienceinSRE,platformengineering,productionsupport,enterpriseapplicationoperations,orrelatedtechnologyenvironments.5+yearsofexperiencesupportingenterpriseplatforms,includingAWS,Dynatrace,ELK,ServiceNow,andSolarWinds.Experiencetroubleshootingcomplexproductionincidentswithinenterprise-scaletechnologyenvironments.Experienceexecutingtechnologychangesthroughformalchangemanagementandreleasemanagementprocesses.Preferences:Experiencewithinfinancialservicesoranotherregulatedindustry.ExperienceimplementingorsupportingCI/CDpipelines,releaseautomation,anddeploymentprocessesacrossdevelopment,testing,andproductionenvironments.Experiencewithobservabilityplatforms,monitoringtools,performancedashboards,orapplicationmonitoringsolutions.Experiencecollaboratingwithoffshore,nearshore,orglobaldeliveryteams.Pay Range: $101,558.00 - $169,229.00Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
