Job Skills / Requirements

We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires a proactive approach to security, utilizing surveillance techniques and conflict management skills to prevent incidents and ensure the safety of all individuals on the premises.

Must have open availability!!

Will be guaranteed 32 hours per week!


Must be able to cover the San Francisco Bay Area, West side of the bay and to the East on the mainland.


Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to deter and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity.
• Operate and maintain surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems, to ensure comprehensive coverage of the facility.
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, providing first aid or CPR as necessary.
• Enforce property rules and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor in all interactions.
• Conduct thorough investigations of security breaches or incidents, documenting findings accurately.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed during investigations or emergencies.
• Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and damage to property.
• Manage conflicts effectively, utilizing de-escalation techniques when necessary.
• Perform post inspections/ site visits

You must have a CA Security Guard License, Valid Drivers License, be able to pass a drug test and a criminal background check.

Two to Three years of Security Experience is preferred!
