Director of Accounting

This is a high-impact and remote leadership role for someone who can bring strategic finance support across a multi-entity restaurant portfolio. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable leading from the front on FP&A and accounting operations / audit support while also partnering with leadership on forecasting, acquired entity support, and platform-building. Compensation is strong, with an all in package upwards of $205k. What this role will own: Manage and develop 2 FP&A team members, while overseeing budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting Review accounting outputs and help connect close, reporting, and business needs across the platform Partner directly with senior leadership on ad hoc analysis, decision support, and finance-related operational priorities Oversee technical accounting matters, including lease accounting, while strengthening reporting accuracy and controls Provide strategic finance support to newly acquired restaurant entities, helping integrate processes, reporting, and financial discipline Lead multiple simultaneous audits across operating entities, managing external auditors and driving an organized, audit-ready process Help build scalable finance infrastructure in a lean, high-visibility environment Ideal background: 7+ years of progressive experience across audit, accounting, and finance leadership Strong experience managing audits across multiple entities Deep understanding of audit support, reporting, and FP&A Experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or multi-unit consumer space Comfortable operating in a hands-on role with both strategic and tactical responsibilities Public accounting background preferred This is an excellent opportunity for a finance leader who wants broad scope, direct exposure to leadership, and the chance to help shape a growing restaurant platform. #J-18808-Ljbffr
