About the Role You’ll own the creative for our paid channels, with a focus on Meta, partnering closely with our creative team and GTM partners to generate ideas, get them into market, and improve and iterate based on what we learn. As we scale our paid media, we need to ship creative without sacrificing quality. You’ll be the creative expert for the channel—developing new concepts, understanding what’s working, and turning performance insights into the next round of ideas. You’ll have a lot of ownership and a short path from idea to execution, with work moving from conversation to live in-market quickly. You must be commutable to our NYC headquarters and will operate in a hybrid environment. We default to being in-office 3-4 days per week with required attendance on Tuesdays and Thursdays. What You’ll Do Own creative for our paid performance channels end to end, from concept through shipped asset, with paid Meta as the primary focus Drive creative diversity by maintaining a pipeline of genuinely distinct concepts, formats, and angles rather than endless variations on one winner Design the full conversion path, from the ad through the landing page, so the whole funnel holds together Ship consistently: read the performance data, kill what is not working, and push harder on what is Build AI-powered production workflows that let one designer generate the creative volume a whole team used to, then reinvest that time in sharper concepts Partner directly with growth marketing to take a rough idea to live variants in days, from scaling a top performer for a new audience to reinterpreting something you saw work elsewhere Partner with growth marketing to review ad performance KPIs and ideate new concepts based on results What We’re Looking For 3+ years of growth, performance, or digital design experience, with direct ownership of creative that ran in paid channels and numbers you can speak to Scaled your own production process around AI Default to action: you would rather put five concepts in market this week and learn from them than perfect one over a month Expert in paid Meta and fluent in direct response fundamentals, with a real point of view Range across static and motion Expert in Figma, AI tooling, and a bonus if you have After effects or Jitter capabilities Exceptional eye for typography, color, layout, motion and overall craft, holding up across all ad dimensions Work inside our design system for branded concepts and flex tastefully outside it for channel-specific ones, with the communication skills to make that case to stakeholders Fluent in current ad trends, creator formats, and internet culture, with the judgment to separate a trend worth borrowing from noise Experience analyzing ad performance KPIs and producing new concepts based on performance data Benefits & Perks Competitive health & dental insurance options, effective on your first day of employment Flexible PTO In-office lunch twice per week for NYC and SF employees, plus late night dinner stipends Access to Wellhub, a corporate wellness platform with discounted gym memberships, fitness classes, and mental health resources Annual stipend for professional development and continued learning High performers at 5 years receive a generous stipend to use however you recharge best 401k benefit: employees are eligible to contribute starting day 1 of employment Dependent Care FSA Paid parental leave Fertility and adoption benefits via Carrot and Kindbody The starting base salary for this role in New York is between $130,000 - $145,000 + target equity + benefits. The base salary offered is dependent upon many factors including skills, experience, location, and education. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
