Job Title Top Must Have's: Business Analysis experience Requirements Gathering JIRA, Service Now, Story Building Oracle Retail Background would be a plus (10 - 13 yrs experience) JD: Retail domain Understand the objective of the project, the schedule/milestones that needs to be met Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements Build a high level flowchart and confirm with customer if their needs are correctly outlined Expand on the flowchart to identify processes, people and systems involved Build flowchart using swim lanes which outlines the process for each system/people Write detailed requirements on each of the processes. Flowcharts might be needed for each process if they are huge Walk-through of the BRD, obtain signoff. Quick Reference Guide for users, if needed Create Jira Stories for Agile Delivery, if needed #J-18808-Ljbffr Omni Inclusive
