Senior Business Analyst
Our client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to collaborate with business stakeholders, gather and analyze requirements, support software development initiatives, and drive successful project delivery across enterprise environments.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and process flows
- Conduct meetings with senior management and project stakeholders
- Perform business analysis and feasibility studies
- Create functional specification documents and technical documentation
- Analyze stored procedures and database tables to support solution development
- Develop test cases, test scenarios, and test data for Beta testing and UAT
- Support development and QA teams throughout the software development lifecycle
- Prepare management reports and recommend process improvements
Requirements
- Master's degree in Science, Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- 1+ year of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related occupation
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum methodologies
- Strong experience with SQL Server and Oracle
- Experience using Microsoft Visio and Rational Rose
- Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills
- Experience supporting UAT, business analysis, and software development projects
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
