Registered Respiratory Therapist Pulmonary Rehab

Job Summary:

Adira Nursing and Rehab is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Respiratory Therapist Pulmonary Rehab to join our team in Saginaw, Michigan, USA. Responsibilities:

• Assess and develop treatment plans to strengthen lung volume and capacity so that patients may return home at their strongest.

• Conduct assessments, develop, and implement individualized care plans to improve patients' lung function and overall health

• Operate and maintain respiratory equipment, including oxygen therapy devices, and nebulizers

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Participate in rounds with the healthcare team to discuss patient progress and develop strategies for improving patient outcomes

• Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote self-management and empowerment

Requirements:

• Current registration with the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) as a Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)

• Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field

• Active licensure in the state of Michigan
