Senior Project Manager - Construction (Mechanical / Specialty Focus Preferred)

Location: Midwest (Regional Travel Required) Salary: $65,000 - $120,000+ (Flexible for Top Talent)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously from pre-construction through closeout
• Oversee Project Managers, Superintendents, and field crews
• Drive project schedules, budgets, and manpower planning
• Ensure jobsite efficiency, safety, and quality across all phases
• Coordinate with GCs, owners, and subcontractors
• Monitor costs, productivity, and profitability- own the financial performance
• Identify risks early and proactively solve field challenges
• Manage contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Conduct regular jobsite visits and leadership meetings
• Mentor junior PMs and support field leadership
• Build and maintain strong client relationships

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager or high-level PM
• Background in mechanical, industrial, or specialty subcontracting (preferred, not required)
• Strong experience leading crews and running job sites efficiently
• Familiarity with scaffolding, metal siding/panels, insulation, or similar scopes is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Sales-minded, relationship-driven, and ambitious
• Bilingual is a plus
