Carvana, based in New York, is seeking enthusiastic Customer Advocates to support the car-buying journey and deliver happiness to customers. The role requires at least 2 years of customer-facing experience and a commitment to service excellence. Shifts run 7am-5pm, 9am-7pm or 11am-9pm with seven days of work per week and rotating days off.
