Recruit, train, and support volunteers, with the goal of developing long-term community leadership through a ladder of engagement. Utilize digital and relational organizing tools to expand outreach efforts. Stay informed on civic engagement trends and represent Fair Count at meetings, events, and presentations. Participate in required team meetings, trainings, and regular check-ins with supervisors. Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned. Qualifications Demonstrated interest in community organizing, civic engagement, or related work. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across diverse communities. Reliable and responsive in communication (email, phone, and messaging platforms). Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and database tools. Ability to manage time effectively while working remotely and in the field. Commitment to racial equity and alignment with Fair Count’s mission and values.
