Our agency opened in 2015 and has grown into a strong, motivated team of five. Ive been with State Farm for 20 years 10 of those spent as a team member before opening my own office so I understand firsthand what it takes to succeed and how to create an environment where people can thrive. As a big sports fan, I bring that same competitive energy and team spirit into the office. We work hard, celebrate wins, and support each other through every challenge. Community involvement is also a big focus for us giving back and staying connected to the people we serve is part of who we are. We love to keep things fun with team dinners, activities like escape rooms, and casual Fridays. Bonuses often tie into team goals or group experiences, and spirit days bring extra energy to the week. Jessica Hernandez - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. - Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
