The Caregiver Expert is responsible for providing compassionate, dependable, and respectful care to residents while helping maintain a safe, clean, comfortable, and welcoming home environment. This position is more than completing a list of tasks—it is about making sure every resident feels seen, respected, safe, and cared for.
Every Caregiver Expert is expected to demonstrate Rose of Sharon’s C.A.R.E. values: Compassion, Accountability, Reliability, and Excellence during every shift.

Demonstrate the ability to safely provide assigned resident-care duties.
