Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred. Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients. Preferred Qualifications Experience with financial products and services, including loans and investment options. Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements. Proficiency in using banking software and technology. Responsibilities Engage with customers to assess their financial needs and provide personalized banking solutions. Assist customers with account inquiries, transactions, and problem resolution in a timely manner.
