Sono Bello is hiring a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Plastic Surgeon to join the nation s largest aesthetic surgery practice.

Since 2008, our surgeons have performed more than 300,000 procedures across 130+ locations nationwide .

You already know what it takes to build a practice. You also know how much happens outside the OR to keep one running.

At Sono Bello, that infrastructure is already built. National marketing drives patient demand, while dedicated teams manage consultations, scheduling, intake, staffing, billing, and day-to-day operations. Our surgeons can spend more of their time focused on surgery and patient care without carrying the operational burden of running a private practice.

Top performers earn in excess of $1 million annually.

Full-time and part-time opportunities are available, including 2-4 day per week arrangements , so the transition doesn t have to be all or nothing. Some surgeons maintain a limited private practice while working with Sono Bello.

Compensation

Compensation is production-based and scales with surgical volume, schedule, and individual productivity.

Top earners exceed $1 million annually. Earnings are uncapped and vary based on procedure volume, case mix, scheduling capacity, market, and individual productivity.
