You will focus on driving measurable business outcomes through strategic paid advertising, improving campaign performance and ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.What you'll be doing:Campaign Management:Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms as necessary.KPI Tracking:Monitor and report on the performance of campaigns, tracking KPIs such as click-through rates (CTR), conversions, and cost per acquisition (CPA). Provide insights for campaign optimization.Remarketing & Audience Targeting:Develop and implement remarketing strategies, targeting specific audiences to drive engagement and conversions.Budget Management:Allocate and optimize budget across campaigns to maximize ROI, ensuring effective spending to achieve business objectives.Performance Optimization:Continuously analyze campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve results. Test and optimize ad copy, landing pages, targeting, and bidding strategies.Collaboration:Work with the content and creative teams to align ad copy and visuals with business objectives. Ensure a cohesive approach across all marketing channels.You’re a matchQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in paid media campaign management, with a proven record of delivering successful campaigns.Professional Qualities:ROI-Oriented: Focus on maximizing campaign performance and achieving business goals.Adaptability: Ability to adjust strategies based on campaign performance and changing market conditions.Strategic Thinking: Ability to align paid media campaigns with broader business objectives.Project management: Skilled in organizing, coordinating and executing paid media initiatives end-to-end to ensure timely delivery, efficient workflows and consistent alignment with campaign goals.Technical Skills:Expertise in managing campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads and similar.Strong ability to track and analyze KPIs for paid media, such as CTR, CPC, CR, CPA and other.Expertise in remarketing strategies and audience targeting techniques.CRM related knowledge like Hubspot and Salesforce is a plus.GA4 or GTM related knowledge is a plus.Hands-on experience in ads creation and implementation is a plusExperience in working with media agenciesFull working proficiency in English.To get this challengeVideo call or physical meeting with Marius Popescu Svc (Digital Performance Manager) & (optional, e.g.) Marcin Orzechowski (Paid Media Expert); panel interviewVideo call or physical meeting with Karol Kamas (Digital Spoke Director – Region Central Europe) & (optional) with Suvodeep Das (Global VP for Marketing Enablement and Digital Marketing Operations)Video call or physical meeting with Amelie Niel (Global HR Business Partner) & Local HRYour teamYou will be part of the Digital Marketing Spoke team covering Romania, Poland, Czech Republic and Bulgaria.
