We are looking to hire a Customer Success Manager

What you will bring

  • Management Consulting, Customer Success, Account Management, Business Development, or another client-facing role
  • Customer service or customer success position strongly preferred.
  • Promoting value through customer experience.
  • Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships.
  • Accountability and personal organization are essential.
  • Complex, multi-divisional, multi-geographical customers and teams.
  • Ability to establish milestones and keep all team members on task.
  • Experience analyzing and optimizing the existing processes in the Customer Success department.
  • Deep understanding of customers concerns and thoughts regarding the use of services/resources, and the ability to troubleshoot as needed.
