Responsible for coordinating shipments and ensuring efficient movement of goods across the supply chain. Key Duties:
- Prepare shipping documents and track shipments (TMS)
- Coordinate with carriers and resolve delivery issues
- Communicate with customers on order status
- Support inventory, transportation, and warehouse operations
- Monitor freight costs and improve efficiency
- Strong organization, communication, and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma required
- 2+ years of logistics or related experience preferred
- TMS/ERP experience is a plus
