Chancery Litigation Associate

Overview A law firm seeks a midlevel associate for its business litigation practice group in Wilmington, Delaware. The ideal candidate will have two to four years of experience litigating matters in the Court of Chancery, with a strong academic background and excellent writing and analytical skills. Delaware bar admission is required. Duties Represent clients in sophisticated business litigation matters. Conduct legal research and draft legal documents. Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and management. Participate in court proceedings and client meetings. Requirements Two to four years of experience in Chancery litigation. Delaware bar admission. Superior academic background. Excellent writing and analytical skills. Education Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications Admission to the Delaware Bar. Skills Strong legal research and writing abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
