Location: Neenah, WI Schedule: Monday–Friday, Regular Business Hours We’re hiring a Training Specialist for a long-term position in Neenah, WI, supporting a cutting-edge lab environment where operational excellence and people development go hand in hand. What You’ll Do (Job Duties) Design, plan, and execute training programs for new and existing lab talent Lead facility-wide trainings, including new hire onboarding, SOPs, position validations, equipment/tools, and computer-based training (CBTs) Support a Mentor/Protégé Program and ongoing process and procedure training Partner with Project Managers to ensure adequately trained resources are available for project needs Troubleshoot training gaps and provide solutions in a fast-paced lab setting Maintain thorough, up-to-date training documentation What You Bring (Requirements and Qualifications) Strong communication skills — written, one-on-one, and in front of groups Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel Experience in training, instruction, or a related role Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Attention to detail and a commitment to quality Benefits Medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) Weekly pay Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Ready to make an impact where it matters most — your team’s success?
