We're looking for dependable, detail-oriented  Machine Operator who enjoy hands-on work in a manufacturing environment. If you take pride in producing quality work, following safety procedures, and working as part of a team, we'd like to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Safely operate and monitor production equipment to meet quality and production standards.
• Set up weaving machines according to product specifications and operating procedures.
• Follow written, verbal, and diagram-based work instructions.
• Perform routine quality inspections and accurately document results.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Report equipment issues, product defects, safety concerns, and injuries promptly.
• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including steel-toe footwear and hearing protection.
• Follow all company safety, quality, and production procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent industrial or mechanical experience.
• Ability to read and understand basic work instructions and safety information in English.
• Basic math skills, including fractions, decimals, ratios, and percentages.
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure and other measuring tools.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and a strong commitment to workplace safety.

Physical Requirements

• Regularly lift, push, pull, and move up to 50 pounds.
• Stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the workday.
• Perform repetitive hand movements and fine motor tasks.
• Ability to wear required PPE.
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Work Environment

• Manufacturing environment with moderate to high noise levels.
• Hearing protection required in designated production areas.
• Fast-paced, safety-focused workplace.
• Strong emphasis on quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Must be ok working with fiberglass thread for weaving.
