If you are passionate about food and beverage, and dedicated to providing excellent customer service and hospitality, we want to hear from you!Job SummaryResponsible for overseeing a quality breakfast bar, including set-up, preparing food, serving, maintenance, teardown, and clean-up.Essential Job FunctionsMaintain quality standards of the breakfast bar throughout the hotel breakfast hoursEnsure food quality and quantity are correctPreparing and presenting food to guests.Maintain a neat and orderly kitchen: wash, dry, and put away all dishes, sweep and mop floors, vacuum rugs, clean countertops, empty trash, clean cupboards, drawers, and clean refrigerator and freezerRotate foodMaintain proper levels of inventoryDaily teardown of breakfast barPromote and ensure guest satisfactionWelcome each guest with a smile and greetingMust follow all Quality Assurance and Health Department standardsOther DutiesPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
