Be Embodiedis looking for a counselor to complete our team! At Be Embodied we are the perfect blend of the agency support and private practice freedoms. Working for us you will get the autonomy, flexibility and pay of private practice without losing the support, supervision, resources and community of the agency setting. Through supervision and mentorship you can expect to grow your clinical skills to do more deep oriented, longer term work with clients rather than getting stuck in surface level, solution focused interventions. We are a holistic group practice that brings mental, physical and spiritual providers together under one roof to provide our community with the holistic, trauma informed, collaborative care they deserve. We are focused on providing trauma informed and mindfulness based services. We offer psychotherapy, psychiatry, nutrition and have a yoga studio in house. We believe atmosphere and aesthetics are vital to healing and feeling safe in any environment and therefore have carefully curated a beautiful office space for you and your clients to enjoy. Estimated annual compensation ranges from$60k–$90k+, based on caseload management and pay rate progression, plus end-of-year bonuses. This role is hybrid and requiresthree in-office days per week, including evening availability, along witha telehealth sessions on an additional day. Our focus is on providing optimum client care. We provide all needed equipment and services. We begin opening your schedule a few weeks before your start date and work to build your caseload over your first few months with the practice. Our front staff and leadership team help match clients with providers based on clinical fit, availability, and client needs. Through training, coaching, and mentorship, we support providers in strengthening client engagement and retention, maintaining a consistent schedule, and doing meaningful clinical work with their preferred populations. Minimum qualifications:Candidates must hold an active New York State license or permit as an LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, MHC-P, LMSW, or MFT-P and must have outpatient clinical experience. MHC-P, MFT-P, and LMSW applicants must be close to completing requirements for full clinical licensure.
