Your day will be filled with tasks that keep you moving and engagedWe care about you and want to hear your ideasPerks of Redline:We have the BEST supervisors & managers – they listen & want your inputNewly renovated culture that allows you to be radicalOutstanding teammatesLife happens – we're flexibleWe act like ninjas and make things happen, then we get bonusesFree on-site nurseNew, modern manufacturing facilityIf that sounds intriguing, then come engage in radical candor while we help you get amped and teach you how to deliver wow!Human Resources ManagerThe Human Resources Manager will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organizations human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.Provides support and guidance to HR Business Partners, Safety Coordinator, management, and other staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise; may be required to administer and execute routine tasks in delicate circumstances such as providing reasonable accommodations, investigating allegations of wrongdoing, and terminations.Manages the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants, particularly for managerial, exempt, and professional roles; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.Creates learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.Performs other duties as assigned.Competencies:Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.Proven multi-tasker that can function in a fast-paced manufacturing environment that is rapidly growing.Demonstrates a positive, proactive attitude paired with a strong work ethic.Must have a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.Maintains high standards of integrity; must be able to keep information confidential, as necessary.Self-starter who can work with minimal supervision and make appropriate independent decisions when necessary.Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).Preferred Qualifications:Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's or Associates Degree in Business or Human Resources is preferred.Certifications: PHR or SHRM-CP preferred but not requiredExperience and/or Training: 3 to 5 years of Human Resources experience preferredPhysical and Mental Demands:This is an office-based position however will need to be willing to be on the manufacturing floor to support employees25 lbs. occasional liftingManual dexterity is required to perform normal day to day functionsRequired to sit and frequently stand and walkOccasionally required to reach above shoulders, climb or balance, stoop, kneel or crouchMust demonstrate patience in order to successfully work through frustrating challenges and always present oneself in a calm professional mannerAbility to wear appropriate personal protective equipmentWorking Environment:While this is largely an office-based position, exposure to plant conditions will frequently happen. The plant environment is climate controlled and may include on occasion, exposure to heat, cold, noise and odors. Personal protective equipment is required in appropriate areas.
