What you’ll take ownership of

• People: Lead, coach, and develop residential HVAC technicians; recruit, train, and retain talent.
• Customers: Set the tone for professionalism and responsiveness; personally support escalations.
• Operations: Orchestrate schedules, routes, materials, tools, and inventory for safe, efficient service.
• Quality: Track KPIs and customer feedback; translate insights into better processes.
• Compliance: Uphold safety standards, policies, and procedures without compromise.
• Assets: Protect vehicles, equipment, tools, and inventory.

Required background

• 5+ years in HVAC, field service, or related trade.
• 3+ years managing field teams.
• Customer service strength and a track record of developing others.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license.

Nice to have

• Experience as an HVAC Sales and Service Supervisor.

Where and how you’ll work

• Based in Austin, serving area homeowners.
• Open, fast-moving office environment with frequent vehicle travel to jobs.
• Indoor/outdoor work in all weather with appropriate PPE.

Physical requirements

• Lift/move up to 20 pounds on a frequent basis.
• Drive and operate a passenger vehicle.
• Use PPE including hard hat, safety glasses, ear plugs, masks/respirators, reflective vests, gloves, and safety-toe construction-grade boots.
• Stand, walk, or sit for extended periods.
• Hear and distinguish speech/other sounds to safely use phones and office equipment.
• Near/far/peripheral vision and depth perception (with correction if needed).
• Speak clearly to convey information.
• Enter data using a keyboard or 10-key.
• Reach overhead; grasp, hold, lift, turn, push, and pull tools/objects.
