Downtown Emergency Services Center in Seattle is seeking an Outreach Worker/Case Manager to provide outreach and intensive case management for adults experiencing homelessness. You will engage with clients, develop treatment plans, and coordinate care with other service providers. The ideal candidate has a relevant Bachelor's degree and a passion for helping those in difficult situations.
