CDL Driver / Tour Guide
Are you an early riser with a big personality and a love for Maui's landscapes and culture? Do you have a CDL and enjoy being behind the wheel, but want more than just a driving job?
AlohaHP is looking for passionate, reliable CDL Drivers to join one of Maui's premier tour operators as a Driver/Tour Guide. This is your chance to combine your road skills with your people skills - and get paid weekly to do it.
This isn't your typical driving gig. You'll be the first impression of Maui for many of our visitors. You'll guide small groups through some of the most scenic and culturally significant areas on the island - all while ensuring safety, fun, and unforgettable experiences.
We're seeking drivers who are personable, safety-minded, and eager to connect with people from around the world. You don't need tour experience - we'll help you learn - but you do need to love Maui and love talking to people.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Driving guests safely to and from designated scenic and cultural sites
- Sharing stories, legends, and facts about Maui's history, people, and environment
- Managing basic tech like GPS or mobile apps for routing and scheduling
- Communicating clearly and kindly with guests and dispatch teams
- Ensuring every guest feels the spirit of aloha
What You Bring to the Table:
- CDL Class C or greater with Passenger Endorsement (REQUIRED)
- Friendly, upbeat, and professional attitude
- Comfort with technology (basic apps, mobile tools)
- A love for Maui and local knowledge (even if you're still learning)
- Tour experience is a bonus, but not required
- Additional certs such as First Aid/CPR, TWIC, or NAI are welcome
Job Details:
- Location: Haiku, Maui
- Start Date: ASAP
- Schedule: MondaySaturday (34 days/week)
- Shift: 2:00 AM 12:00 PM
- Dress Code: Clean, collared shirt (Aloha or company uniform)
- Tools Provided: Uniforms, keys, gear as needed
- Parking: Onsite lot available
- Pay: $30/hr, overtime available, paid weekly
