System Administrator ILocation: Atlanta, Georgia (Hybrid)Role OverviewThe Support Engineer role involves supporting internal employees. As a member of the Operational AI release train, you will be responsible for delivering support to enable engineers and business users across the organization. The position requires providing technical guidance and acting as a point of escalation for core platforms, including an internal AI Artifact Hub and an enterprise AI assistant service. You will be expected to respond to customers professionally and provide timely resolution to their issues during business hours.Key ResponsibilitiesTriaging and resolving ServiceNOW tickets for internal platforms, distinguishing user error from platform defects.Troubleshooting access and connector issues (OAuth, SSO, and integrations such as Teams, Outlook, and Snowflake).Investigating and escalating platform-service defects to engineering teams.Ensuring all documentation and knowledge bases are updated.Participating in best practices and process improvements.Supporting new user onboarding by provisioning access, validating connector health, and documenting known issues.Analyzing and identifying improvements for current support processes.Required QualificationsEducation: A Bachelor's degree in a field such as Computer Science or Engineering is required.Experience: No more than two years of relevant AWS system administration or application support role experience is required. Recent college graduates are preferred.Technical Skills: The role utilizes AWS Quick, an internal AI Artifact Hub (Forge), GitHub, and ServiceNow.Preferred QualificationsProven ability to work independently and as part of a team.Effective communication skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience with Amazon Web Services.Experience with Python or another object-oriented programming language.Additional InformationA background check and drug screening are required.
