Need Full-Time Candidates - Please look out for USA Citizens & Green Card Holders.WantsExperience with Sitecore a plus: Worked on Sitecore Content Management System to publish/update new content (news, articles, pictures, etc), worked on projects that utilized Sitecore and have an understanding on how Sitecore functionality in management and maintaining content Experience with large consumer facing websites a plus: Worked on projects that are customer facing (B2C type sites) were customer experience and customer flows are very important, customer experience includes site response time (how the site performs), the process makes sense to customers, easy to navigate and find the required information, number of steps the customer will have to take to finish a transaction/process… etc Experience with consumer facing mobile apps a plus: Have experience working on projects that delivered mobile applications, understands the requirements for mobile device, make sure the application is usable and clear for the customer, easy to navigate and use Experience with web applications a plus Experienced with Microsoft Office suite (including Visio and project) Ability to create professional Powerpoint presentationsResponsibilitiesEstablishes and implements project management processes and methodologies for the IT community to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards and meet customer expectations Responsible for assembling project plans and teamwork assignments, directing and monitoring work efforts on a daily basis, identifying resource needs, performing quality reviews; and escalating functional, quality, timeline issues appropriately Responsible for tracking key project milestones and adjusting project plans and/or resources Coordinates communication with all areas of the enterprise that impacts the scope, budget, risk and resources of the work effort being managed Manages one or more cross ? functional projects of high complexity Responsible for the management of one or more medium to large ? sized, moderately to highly complex projectsExperience Level:1- 3 years of IT work experience 1- 2 years managing projectsAcademic/Experience/CompetencyBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field or equivalent work experience. Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum is preferred. Ability to assist with the management of diverse and strategic projects Basic understanding of program and project budgets Basic understanding of implementing project plans, monitoring progress, resource usage and quality Basic knowledge of project management disciplinesDaily Tasks PerformedLead/facilitate various meeting with project team and business users and capture meeting minutes Lead daily and weekly stand up meetings with internal and external teams/vendors to track project progress Responsible for creating, maintaining, and tracking project plans, sprint plans, resource plans Create Powerpoint presentations for Business and Executives Responsible for creating and providing various status reports for multiple levels of management Liase with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis and effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
