Patient Access Representative
Join our growing Dental Patient Access Team!
Responsibilities include:
- Appointment and scheduling of patients for Dental Services using Dentrix computer software program.
- Completing insurance verifications and prior authorizations for treatment as well as processing referrals.
- Confirming dental patient appointments and scheduling follow-up appointments as needed per treatment plan.
- Ensuring new patient charts are complete prior to visit,
- Provide superior customer service in welcoming Health Center patients
Qualifications
- High school diploma and two years experience in a customer service role, preferably in a dental or medical office environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a team centered work environment.
- Opportunity to get further training as a Dental Assistant Apprentice available!
