Senior Attorney (Business Law) – New Mexico Salary: $120,000 – $150,000 per year. Job Summary We are a rapidly growing Business Law firm with offices in Albuquerque and Santa Fe seeking an experienced Senior Associate Attorney to join our team. Key Responsibilities Handle Mergers & Acquisitions, commercial leases, real estate, and securities transactions. Advise on Intellectual Property matters such as trademarks, copyrights, and patents. Provide counsel on business law matters and represent clients in related litigation. Qualifications JD from an accredited law school. Admitted to the New Mexico Bar. 10+ years of litigation experience. Minimum 2 years of experience in Business law. Experience with Securities law, Mergers & Acquisitions, commercial leases, real estate, and Intellectual Property (trademarks, copyrights, patents).
