Member communication related tasks include receiving and sorting incoming mail, processing electronic faxes through email, matching correspondence, billing, and checks to attachments for mailing, reprocessing returned mail by placing outgoing calls to members with expired addresses and entering updates in the core system, printing and assembly of other department mailings. Responsible for meeting HIPAA policy requirements while processing large quantities of member communications which require attention to detail. Completes tasks using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, online systems, and software specific to Cox HealthPlans. Employee must have reliable transportation – uses personal vehicle to pick up mail from post office box, alternating daily pickup with co-worker on a bi-weekly basis. Education: Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience: Preferred: 1-2 Years Related Experience Skills: Basic skills in Microsoft office including Outlook, Excel Attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Able to work independently and collaboratively in teams Licensure/Certification/Registration: Required: Valid Driver’s License #J-18808-Ljbffr
