2nd Shift Schedule: Monday-Thursday | 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM

Pay: $24.00+/hr Depending on Experience

What You'll Do:

• Perform TIG welding on aluminum aerospace components while maintaining strict quality and workmanship standards.
• Support the fabrication, assembly, testing, and inspection of thermal management products used in advanced aerospace applications.
• Conduct leak testing, pressure testing, fluid transfer, and sealing processes for aerospace pressure vessels.
• Read and follow manufacturing documentation while accurately recording production and traceability information for flight hardware.
• Utilize precision measuring equipment including calipers, micrometers, feeler gauges, and FARO Arm portable CMM systems to inspect components.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to develop tooling, improve manufacturing processes, and assist with product testing and validation.
• Perform in-process and final inspections, preventive maintenance, and quality checks to ensure customer requirements are met.

• Experience with TIG welding, preferably aluminum.
• Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to read and follow technical documentation and manufacturing procedures.
• Experience with precision measurement tools and quality inspections is preferred.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lancaster, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
