Relationship Manager - New York

To serve as Innovest’s key representative for high-net-worth clients in North America, encouraging cross-border investments into Sri Lanka. The role involves delivering personalized advisory and demystifying the Sri Lankan market using credible data, regulatory guidance, and on-ground execution support. Roles and Responsibilities Acquire and manage relationships with U.S.-based HNW individuals and family offices. Promote and explain Sri Lanka’s capital markets, regulations, and macro outlook. Provide regular updates, research, and performance reviews to build trust. Coordinate closely with Innovest teams to execute investment strategies and deliverables. Attend industry events, webinars, and networking forums to generate new business. Guide clients on issues related to repatriation, tax implications, and compliance. Attributes and Preferred Skills Deep understanding of wealth management and capital markets in the U.S. Experience working with global families or emerging market portfolios. Strong communication and storytelling skills to convey investment narratives. Analytical thinker with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
