We're looking for a UX/UI Designer who is passionate about creating human-centered, mobile-first experiences that are both beautiful and deeply intuitive. As an early team member, you'll design the flows, visuals, and interactions that make users feel safe, grounded, and empowered while using Somarae. You'll collaborate closely with product, engineering, and the founding team to turn our vision into an experience people love.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer (mobile-first apps preferred).
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Strong portfolio showcasing mobile app design and user-centered projects.
- Understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and accessibility.
- Ability to design for both iOS and Android guidelines.
- Strong communication skills — ability to work closely with developers and product teams.
- Experience designing wellness, meditation, or mental health apps.
- Familiarity with motion/interaction design to enhance user experience.
