We are seeking a full-time Hematology/Medical Oncologist to become a part of our exceptional team in Rockford, Illinois.

Opportunity Overview:

• Join our newly established Cancer Institute, set to open in May 2025, located on the grounds of our hospital.
• Develop your own oncology practice as a member of our employed physician team, supported by operational leaders and a comprehensive multidisciplinary cancer team.

• Utilize EPIC EMR with the BEACON oncology module for efficient patient management.

Qualifications:

• Completion of a fellowship in Hematology/Medical Oncology.
• Graduation from an ACGME-accredited residency program in a relevant specialty.
• Board certified or board eligible (MD/DO).
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional patient care.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative team player.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Attractive salary range: $575,000 - $750,000.
