Customer Service I -Representative - PT - Days - MSS

Responsibilities Receive and respond to customer inquiries to ensure timely and accurate resolution of patient account issues. Provide assistance/counseling regarding setting up payment plans and resolving billing/collection errors. Review patient account history and contact appropriate internal/external resources as necessary to investigate and resolve patient account issues. Refer/escalate issues to appropriate personnel as necessary. Document patient accounts regarding identified issues and responses taken.
