Contract | Night Shift | 36–48 hours per week | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze patient assessment data to determine diagnoses, care issues, and identify expected outcomes.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans, coordinating care delivery and employing strategies to promote patient health and safety.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and the healthcare team to provide care in a safe, healing, and compassionate environment.
• Provide health education and information directly to patients, families, and treatment team members.
• Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
• Delegate appropriately and coordinate duties among healthcare team members.

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice.
• Current Epic experience required; candidates must have Epic and Cerner experience within the last 5 years.
• Each work history entry must identify the charting system used; if multiple EMR systems are listed for a single position, dates must be provided to clarify when each system was used.
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Must have successfully completed at least one prior contract or have been employed by an organization in a similar role.
• No time-off requests (RTO) permitted; the listed start date is firm.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Acute care facility experience preferred.
