Family Practice - Without OB Physician

Protouch Staffing

My name is Jason Long with ProTouch Staffing. We have a Client in Northern Delaware in search of a Full-Time Primary Care Physician to join their team.

This role has a special focus on serving the needs of the Latino community in the area, so the ideal Provider will be either fluent in Spanish or have studied Medical Spanish and possess an inner-drive to serve this community.

Not accepting visa candidates.

Job Description :

Office based clinical care
Newly renovated and expanded practice
Family Medicine Residency Program with opportunity to teach on Family Medicine Service
Monday - Friday schedule (8 hour or 10 hour shifts)
Equitable night & weekend call
EPIC EMR

Compensation and Benefits :

Base salary of $265,000 with production bonus potential
Generous Time Away from Work with additional dedicated CEU time
Robust benefits package to include day 1 medical, dental, vision, paid short- and long-term disability
Paid dues, such as professional memberships, licensure, etc.
Allowance for CME, plus 5 days for attendance paid
403(b) with a company match up to 10%
Professional Liability Insurance with tail
License and DEA reimbursement
Health Savings Accounts (HSA)
Flexible spending accounts (health, dependent care)

Requirements :

TRULY Board Eligible (within 5 years of eligibility) or Board Certified in Family Medicine.
DE license (or willing to obtain).
Clean malpractice.
DEA (or able to obtain).
Provider will be working with all ages - must have experience working with Pediatrics-Geriatrics.
Provider needs to have studied medical Spanish or be fluent in Spanish.
