Floor Technician Opportunity at American Village The Floor Technician provides floor cleaning and maintenance services promoting a safe, sanitary, comfortable and homelike environment for our residents, staff and the public. Compassion, Accountability, Relationships and Excellence Prior maintenance experience preferred. Knowledge in electrical, heating and cooling helpful. High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
