Business Integration Manager – Manage the business part of EDI implementation for Global Accounts Location: USA – VIRTUAL – US New York Division: Group Time Type: Full Time In this role, you will work where execution meets impact—optimizing critical processes and ensuring that our technical integrations support both customer expectations and operational performance. You will help define the right setup for our colleagues, ensuring solutions are built to work in reality, enabling consistent service delivery and ongoing success for our customers. Responsibilities Guide and drive global business integration initiatives. Identify and align commercial and business needs with IT requirements, defining the optimal setup for both clients and operations. Represent global interests and drive integrations with close coordination between local and regional teams. Work across regions, engaging directly with global stakeholders and key customers to ensure alignment and clear execution. Own complex, business‑critical integration projects, owning delivery and driving projects forward. Ensure integration solutions are scalable, fit‑for‑purpose and support future DSV set‑ups. What you’ll bring to the team System Savvy: Hands‑on experience with key Supply Chain systems. Integration Expertise: Deep interest in systems interaction via EDI/API and ability to work with technical teams. Project Leadership: Proven ability to manage projects and stakeholders, delivering on time. Strategic Vision: Ability to prioritize for greatest business impact. A Drive for Improvement: Passion for process optimisation and governance. Clear Communication: Flawless English communication skills. Base pay range: $90,000 – $115,000 annually.
