Responsibilities Greet guests upon arrival and departure, creating a positive first impression. Escort guests to their tables and provide menus or direct them to digital menu options. Answer questions about the restaurant, menu, or wait times. Manage reservations using the restaurant’s booking system. Organize seating charts and assign tables to servers to maximize efficiency and balance workload. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. At least one year of related customer experience. Physical Demands and Work Environment Requires long periods of standing and walking throughout the dining room, kitchen, and service areas; walking, handling food and beverage objects, reaching and extending with hands and arms, talking and hearing; occasional climbing, balancing, stooping, crouching, and crawling; vision requirements include close and distant vision, and the ability to focus. Employees may be exposed to a restaurant environment, including a kitchen area. Location and Travel Position will be based in Nashville, TN; Brier Creek, NC; Pflugerville, TX; or Columbus, OH, with occasional travel to local stores.
