Automation Anywhere (AA) Lead – CoE & Citizen Development

Lead Automation Anywhere (A360) CoE governance covering documentation standards, compliance, audit readiness, and lifecycle controls

Provide end-to-end guidance, coaching, and support to Citizen Developer teams (primary responsibility)

Ensure all automations adhere to Client CoE standards, best practices, and governance checklists

Review and validate ADD (Architecture Design Documents) and SDD (Solution Design Documents) for compliance and quality

Perform solution reviews and code validations to ensure bots meet design, performance, security, and resiliency standards

Validate alignment between approved design (ADD/SDD) and final bot implementation

Review pre-deployment checklists including technical approvals, documentation completeness, and pipeline readiness

Govern and execute production deployments in line with enterprise release management standards

Review break-fix issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend preventive measures to reduce recurring defects

Coordinate with IT Owners for approvals on new/change requests involving systems, access, or volume impact

Participate in governance forums and weekly calls to assess impacts, communicate schedule changes, and guide Citizen Developer teams

Monitor production bots, manage incidents (emails, database errors, failures), and ensure timely issue resolution

Provide platform support including environment monitoring, release validation, and end-user issue handling

Test and validate new Automation Anywhere platform versions and ensure environment stability

Develop, maintain, and promote reusable automation components to improve Citizen Developer productivity

Manage bot repositories, release creation, and service account (APP ID) readiness for production deployment

Drive continuous improvement through governance enhancements, standards optimisation, and automation best practices

Act as the primary point of contact for Citizen Developer queries, ensuring effective communication and quick resolution

Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to drive Automation Anywhere adoption and value realisation

Provide thought leadership in automation governance, CoE maturity, and Citizen Development enablement

Ensure strong stakeholder communication in a Citizen Development operating model (critical success factor)
