Concierge Security Shift Supervisor

As a Security Supervisor – Concierge , this position focuses heavily on customer service as you will be working with people on all shifts in varied environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. What’s In It For You Site Location: Kirkland, Washington Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday 12am–8am (40 hours/week, full time) Schedule: Flexible/OPEN Availability including Graveyard up to 40 hours/week Hourly wage: $25.95 (DailyPay available for GardaWorld employees) Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with matching, PTO, holidays, disability coverage, life insurance options Career growth opportunities Uniform provided at no cost Responsibilities Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors Manage access control Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams Answer questions in person or by phone Write incident reports and communicate security concerns Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property Qualifications Authorized to work in the U.S. High School Diploma or GED Successfully complete an extensive screening process Exceptional customer service skills Basic phone and computer skills Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience a plus Security supervisory/managerial experience Valid state driver's license Clean motor vehicle report At least 21 years of age Employment is contingent on successful completion of a background check and drug screening to be conducted after an offer of employment is extended.
