Responsibilities: Provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring. Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care, including progress notes and medication administration records. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to maintain the highest standards of care. Requirements: Current nursing license in good standing with the State licensing board. Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
