Position: Assistant General Manager
Job Description: As our Assistant General Manager, you will provide proper direction for the restaurant and oversee daily operations. We are looking for someone with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the restaurant industry. The ideal candidate is a creative team player who thrives on challenging work, embraces a fun atmosphere, and demonstrates a true commitment to their career.
Description: As the Assistant General Manager, you will be responsible for hiring, training, and developing staff members, ensuring they understand and embody our values, beliefs, and lifestyle. You will drive satisfactory results through people development, sales growth, and profit growth. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential for efficiently completing tasks. Your passion for customer service excellence will shine through in everything you do!
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide proper direction for the restaurant
- Oversee daily operations
- Hire, train, and develop staff members
- Ensure all staff members understand and display our values, beliefs, and lifestyle
- Drive satisfactory results through people development, sales growth, and profit growth
- Demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills
Experience Requirements: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the restaurant industry.
