JYL Transportation, Inc. is hiring a Van Monitor. Benefits Starting rate is $18/hr Potential for full time hours Flexible shifts: 6:00am‑8:00pm (exact hours depend on assigned route) Run errands or work as a rideshare driver in between (not with company vehicle) 401(k) plan, dental, vision, and company‑paid life insurance Paid classroom and on‑the‑job training Requirements Age 19+ Ability to pass a background check, CORI, and SORI What You’ll Be Doing Monitor client behavior to provide appropriate guidance, feedback, and direction when necessary. Safely assist clients as needed, including helping them enter and exit the vehicle, using the vehicle’s lap and shoulder belts, and securely fitting car seats and booster seats. Communicate effectively and clearly (English) with clients, parents, program staff, and JYL staff.
