Job Summary

Dover Staffing is seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives (English-only and Bilingual Spanish/English) for long-term assignments with our client in downtown Atlanta.

All selected candidates will receive paid training. After approximately two weeks of on-site training, the role transitions to remote work from home.

We are actively getting applicants cleared and ready for interview scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound customer calls
• Provide professional, accurate, and friendly customer support
• Follow call center processes and performance metrics
• Show reliability, professionalism, and daily attendance
• Attend two weeks of on-site training with no absenteeism

Requirements

• 24 years of high-volume call center experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen
• Strong computer skills (MS Office, Outlook)
• Ability to learn and apply new processes
• Excellent customer service and time management
• Typing speed: 4550 WPM
• Bilingual applicants: Must read, write, and speak Spanish & English fluently
