Committed to innovation and continuous improvement, the team supports Walmart’s business customers by maintaining operational excellence and fostering collaboration to meet evolving business needs across multiple platforms.What you'll do:Deliver platform capabilities including infrastructure, tooling, and ML frameworks aligned with roadmap milestones and domain priorities.Drive full software development lifecycle activities such as coding, testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.Apply cloud-native architecture principles to ensure scalable, resilient, and agile systems.Conduct system design reviews to validate feasibility and ensure alignment with architectural best practices.Build AI-driven applications integrating AI agents and ML components for automation and multi-step reasoning.Mentor engineers, influence technical decisions, and promote engineering excellence through documentation and knowledge sharing.Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and track success metrics using data-driven practices.What you'll bring:Proven expertise in cloud-native architecture, including microservices, containers, and automation to ensure scalable and resilient systems.Strong proficiency in software design patterns, API design, and platform development to deliver maintainable and modular solutions.Experience with full software development lifecycle ownership on full stack products , including coding, testing, CI/CD deployment, and observability.Ability to integrate AI/ML components and AI agents using languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, and GraphQLExperience with NoSQL and SQL databases.
